For me, fitness and good health really come down to one thing - commitment. There's no need for fanatical dieting or exercise. You don't have to kill yourself to be healthy or get in amazing shape.
This does not mean it can happen without effort. Anything worthwhile has a cost. Your results will be in direct proportion to your effort. Plain and simple. So...

(Update) While this started as a fitness site and fitness will remain a significant portion of the site, I will be moving more in the direction of a "Lifestyle" blog. As I believe in the full spectrum of life, I will begin to add content of my various interests. This will include fashion, the arts and spiritual musings.
