Water… Really!

I know you've heard it before but this really blew my mind.

A recent study concluded that people who drank a pint of water 30 minutes before each main meal lost 10 pounds in 12 weeks.  That's almost a pound per week!

They did not change anything about their diet or exercise routine.  Imagine that.   So if we were to extend that out to a year...

Now here's the thing.  The key is two glasses. And they only drank regular old tap water.  Not sparkling water.  Not spring water.  Not flavored of vitamin water, just regular everyday-out-of-the-facet water.


Oh, in case you're wondering - one glass won't cut it.  In fact, they tested for that as well, and those who drank only one glass loss significantly less weight.

So I'm going to implement this into my strategy asap.

Let's see what happens.
